Sukurairo Japanese Loquat Cocktail offers a floral, fresh and fragrant profile, precise and beautifully balanced.
Sukurairo means “cherry-blossom colour” in Japanese. This Provençal creation combines locally grown Japanese loquats with the floral softness of white wine. The result is delicate, original and full of southern character.
🍹 How to serve
Serve well chilled in a wine glass or coupe, then add a splash of Champagne, Prosecco or sparkling water.
