Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise is one of France's great vins doux naturels, yet remains remarkably little known. This cuvée from Alain Ignace, an independent winegrower based beneath the Dentelles de Montmirail, is a revelation: elegant, aromatic and notably fresh for a sweet wine.

In the glass: pale gold with golden highlights and an expressive bouquet of orange blossom, white peach, apricot and acacia honey. On the palate, sweetness is balanced by lively acidity; the texture is silky and the finish long and aromatic. An exceptional choice for the aperitif or dessert.
