Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

Withdrawal period

The period of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal?

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous declaration (for example, letter sent by post or email):

You can use the standard withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, where applicable, a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, at the latest 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will reimburse using the same means of payment as you you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different means. In any event, this reimbursement will not incur any costs for you.

We may defer the reimbursement until receipt of the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, the date being that of the first of these events.

Return of the products

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, at later 14 days after having communicated to us your decision to withdraw. This deadline is deemed to be respected if you return the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period.

You will have to cover the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

  • Goods likely to deteriorate or expire quickly
  • Goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (bottles open)
  • Goods which, after being delivered, have been mixed inseparably with other items
