Réserve des Cieux 2022 offers deep aromas of candied black fruit, violet, liquorice, cocoa and spice. The palate is generous, velvety and structured, with a long garrigue finish.

Food pairing and serving
Serve at 17–18°C after one to two hours of decanting. Ideal with roast lamb, beef, game and firm mature cheeses.
