DAP to the agreed delivery address — Incoterms® 2020. Delivery outside the European Union is DAP (Delivered At Place). Import duties, taxes, any excise duties and customs clearance fees due at destination are payable by the recipient, except amounts expressly collected at checkout. The carrier or authorities may charge these in addition to shipping costs. Any VAT that Maison Molinet is legally required to collect at the point of sale is governed by the destination’s rules; DAP does not remove this obligation.
