With Les Hauts de Barville 2022, Domaine Barville presents its most accessible Châteauneuf-du-Pape — already a fine wine in its own right. From an outstanding 2022 Rhône Valley vintage, this red expresses the generosity of Grenache grown on rolled pebbles: ripe red fruit, spices and a warm, balanced palate.

Bright garnet in colour, with an open nose of candied cherry, raspberry, garrigue and pepper. The palate is generous, with rounded, silky tannins and a long, spicy finish. Enjoyable now, with the potential to age for 5 to 8 years.
