An emblematic Nyons PDO olive oil made from fully ripe Tanche olives, with a mild, rounded and nutty profile.

Nyons has produced one of the Mediterranean’s most sought-after olive oils for centuries. Harvested late at full maturity, the Tanche olive creates a smooth, mellow oil that differs markedly from green-fruity styles. Its PDO guarantees the origin, variety and traditional expertise of the Nyons area.
