Ruffin & Fils is a family house based in Étoges, Champagne, with 11 hectares of vines cultivated by the family since 1946. Every bottle reflects artisan care and a deep attachment to Champagne terroir.

Colour: pale straw yellow with green highlights and fine, persistent bubbles
Nose: white peach, mirabelle plum, fresh citrus and touches of honey
Palate: lively and elegant, perfectly balancing freshness and roundness, with fine length
