White Châteauneuf-du-Pape is rare. Domaine Barville’s fresh, aromatic 2023 vintage is an excellent introduction to this Provençal style: broad and floral, with mineral tension that supports ageing. An accessible gastronomic white from a historic producer.

In the glass: pale gold with green highlights, elegant aromas of white flowers, peach, citrus and minerality. The palate is fresh and broad, balanced by fruit, with a long mineral finish. Enjoy now or cellar for 5–8 years.
