An old-vine cuvée expressing the full depth of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
Produced in part from vines planted in 1878, La Centenaire 2024 reveals blackberry, black cherry, liquorice and garrigue aromas. The palate is generous and silky, with a persistent finish of spice and cocoa.
Tasting notes
- Colour: deep garnet with purple highlights
- Nose: black fruit, liquorice and Provençal herbs
- Palate: structured, silky and long
Food pairing and serving
Serve at 16–18°C after one hour of decanting. Ideal with rib of beef, roast leg of lamb, slow-cooked dishes or mature cheeses.
